In the early days of Workflow in Legal, the entire purpose of building forms and process was to simplify the data intake from the complex and clumsy application interfaces. As Workflow and Business Process Management Systems evolve, giant leaps have been made with system integration, process efficiency, and business rule management but much less focus has been made to the human interaction with the system - a good application interface. It looks like the user experience is going to get more focus finally!

Newer Applications are getting much better at delivering useful and customizable interfaces and that is really a good thing for software end users.
