OpenText Corp Buying Metastorm

Announced yesterday, Open Text Corp is buying Metastorm in a deal worth about $182 million.  Very interesting development as there are interesting relationships and competing BPM offerings between Thomson Elite, OpenText, Metastorm, and The Fraymen Group among others.
